As my schooling progresses and I work to become a professional, I hope to integrate social networking and online platforms with architecture. Methods such as livestreaming and short-form content are ways in which students and professionals can reach out to massive amounts of people and share what it is we do. Using these methods to expand the process of architecture, and reimagine how it is conceived, communicated, and experienced is exciting, and I hope to be at the forefront of this development.

The Stained Glass Girl is a social media handle that I created to explore this. So far, I have developed an Instagram page, and I am working to dive into livestreaming on Twitch and creating YouTube videos/shorts. With social media having such a large role in our society nowadays, I thought I would try to take advantage of this and integrate it with the world of architecture.

In my mind, connection is at the heart of architecture, and technology nowadays allows us to be more connected than ever before. As I progress in my journey of pursuing architecture, I will work to develop my brand, and I hope more than anything, to connect with others.
